Management Program Description The current and proposed online option comprises fifteen three credit courses that focus on quality leadership and management, ethics and integrity, agency and community organization and collaborations, quality research, and managing differences. The overarching program objective is to develop and enhance the knowledge and skills of public safety leaders who have the capacity and authority to integrate an array of public safety activities within multi-layered organizations.
